INTRODUCTION
Becoming a successful entrepreneur requires so much patience and determination. This is because the process of becoming entrepreneur involves a long process towards achieving the main target of getting profitable returns and of course a success in what we are doing. According to Austrian economist Joseph A. Schumpeter (1883-1950), entrepreneurs are not necessarily being motivated by profit but also, it is also a standard of measuring achievement or success.
"An entrepreneur is someone who can take any idea, whether it be a product and/or service, and have the skill set, will and courage to take extreme risk to do whatever it takes to turn that concept into reality and not only bring it to market, but make it a viable product and/or service that people want or need," Gottlieb said.
Not all entrepreneurs are born from the same blueprint. They are separated by different social background, geographical environment; upbringing as well as their level of education. But most of them possess some characteristics in common. These characteristics are concluded by the scholars as entrepreneurs’ traits. Our group has been assigned an assignment to study the various traits of those successful entrepreneurs.
